Build and publish forms without a feature paywall
Create unlimited forms each with its own shortcode. Start with one of 25 editable templates or build from scratch using the drag-and-drop editor. Add text, email, message, dropdown, checkbox, radio, number, date, phone and website fields, set required fields, preview your form and customize the confirmation message.

Manage entries and reply from WordPress
OlliForms stores submissions in your WordPress database and sends new-entry notifications to the administrator address you choose. From the Entries screen, review each submission and its conversation, then reply directly to the visitor using WordPress mail or your configured SMTP server.
- Configure SMTP and send a test email from OlliForms Settings.
- Review mail logs and see whether the mail transport accepted each message.
- Add a reusable signature to admin replies.
- Export submissions, AI answers and replies as CSV.
- Set data-retention periods and use WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
Optional AI uses your knowledge and website content
Connect your own OpenAI API key to generate an editable form draft or provide AI replies to visitors. Add business facts and response guidance, scan up to 20 public pages on your website, and schedule the website refresh daily or weekly. Choose which non-email form answers may be sent to OpenAI.
AI is optional. OlliForms works without an API key. If AI cannot provide a reliable answer, it can send a standard receipt to the visitor and notify the administrator. OpenAI charges separately for API usage; an API key is not included with a ChatGPT subscription.
Payments and integrations, already in the plugin
When you need to connect a form to other services, OlliForms includes:
- Stripe and PayPal: accept fixed one-time payments through the provider checkout. OlliForms verifies payment details and does not collect card numbers.
- Outbound webhooks: send form events to an HTTPS endpoint with a signature and idempotency key.
- Google Sheets: send submissions to a spreadsheet through a Google Apps Script receiver.
- WordPress REST API: authenticated, read-only access to forms and entries for your own integrations.
These are optional connections, not requirements. OlliForms remains a capable contact-form plugin when you leave them turned off. Recurring payments and variable-price products are not included in this release.

Every OlliForms plugin feature is included free—there is no premium OlliForms upgrade, subscription, submission quota or Ollicom account. External services set their own pricing and limits: OpenAI may charge for API use, Stripe and PayPal may charge transaction fees, and an SMTP provider or connected platform may have its own terms or costs. You can use the core form, entry and email features without connecting any paid service.
Your data stays under your control
OlliForms stores entries on your WordPress site and does not send them to Ollicom. If you enable email, AI, payments, a webhook or Google Sheets, relevant data goes to the provider or endpoint you selected. Review your privacy notice before enabling an external integration.
