OlliForms is a free WordPress form builder by Ollicom. It brings a visual drag-and-drop editor, ready-to-use templates, entry management, email tools, optional AI, payment integrations and automation connections together in one plugin.

Unlike many WordPress form plugins, OlliForms does not lock its built-in or advanced plugin features behind a premium plan. There is no OlliForms subscription, paid feature tier, submission quota or Ollicom account required. Install it, build your form and use the features that suit your website.

Premium form-building essentials, included free

Create unlimited forms, each with its own shortcode. Start from one of 25 editable templates or build from scratch. Arrange fields with drag and drop, preview your form while editing, and add text, email, message, dropdown, checkbox, radio, number, date, phone and website fields. Set required fields and customize the confirmation message.

Embed any form in a WordPress page or post. OlliForms can also create a draft page with the form shortcode for you.

Keep submissions and conversations together

Submissions are saved in your WordPress database and shown in OlliForms → Entries. Send a notification to the administrator for each new submission, then reply directly from WordPress using the built-in reply workspace. The entry keeps the conversation together, including sent AI replies and admin replies. Add a reusable email signature, review mail status and export entries, answers and replies as CSV.

OlliForms also includes SMTP settings, a test email and a mail log, so you can diagnose email problems without paying for a separate form-plugin upgrade. A successful mail test means the mail transport accepted the message; it cannot guarantee delivery to the recipient’s inbox.

Optional AI that can use your website information

Connect your own OpenAI API key to generate editable form drafts, create an answer assistant from your instructions and business knowledge, or scan up to 20 public pages on your own website. Schedule the website information refresh daily or weekly, and choose whether AI replies are enabled for each form.

• Generate an editable form draft from a written description.
• Use your saved business facts, FAQs and response guidance when preparing answers.
• Choose which form answers may be sent to OpenAI; email fields are excluded from the answer content.
• If the assistant cannot give a reliable answer, OlliForms can send the visitor a standard receipt and notify the administrator.

AI is optional. Forms, entries, email and the other built-in features work without an OpenAI key. OpenAI API usage is billed by OpenAI and is separate from any ChatGPT subscription.

Payments and integrations are built in

• Stripe and PayPal: accept fixed one-time payments through provider checkout. OlliForms verifies payment details and does not collect card numbers. Recurring payments and variable-price products are not included.
• Outbound webhooks: send form events to an HTTPS endpoint with a signature and idempotency key.
• Google Sheets: send entries to a spreadsheet through a Google Apps Script receiver.
• WordPress REST API: authenticated, read-only access to forms and entries for your own integrations.

These connections are optional. You can use OlliForms as a straightforward contact form without connecting any of them.

Free OlliForms features; external services may have their own costs

The OlliForms plugin and its included features are free. Some optional connections rely on services operated by other companies. OpenAI may charge for API usage; Stripe and PayPal may charge transaction fees; and an SMTP provider, webhook platform or Google account may have its own limits, terms or costs. Those charges are set by the provider, not by Ollicom. You can leave these integrations disabled and OlliForms will still work as a capable WordPress form and contact-management plugin.

Privacy controls stay in your hands

OlliForms stores entries on your WordPress site and does not send them to Ollicom. When you enable email, AI, payments, a webhook or Google Sheets, relevant data is sent to the service you configure. You can set data-retention periods, export entries and use WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Review your privacy notice before enabling an external connection.

Frequently asked questions

Is OlliForms completely free?

Yes. OlliForms includes its form builder, 25 templates, up to 100 forms, entry storage, CSV export, email tools, SMTP settings, AI tools, payment connections, webhooks, Google Sheets delivery and REST API without a paid OlliForms upgrade. Third-party providers may charge separately for their services.

Does OlliForms work without OpenAI?

Yes. AI is optional. You can build and publish forms, collect entries, receive administrator email notifications, reply to visitors and export submissions without an OpenAI API key.

Do I need Stripe, PayPal, SMTP or Google Sheets?

No. These are optional integrations. OlliForms works as a form builder and contact-management tool without them. Connect a provider only if you want its specific service.

Can I reply to a form submission from WordPress?

Yes. Open OlliForms → Entries, select Reply for an entry and send a message through WordPress mail or your configured SMTP server. Replies appear in that entry’s conversation history. You can configure a signature under OlliForms Settings.

Does OlliForms send form data to Ollicom?

No. Entries are stored on your WordPress site. If you enable an external connection such as OpenAI, email, Stripe, PayPal, a webhook or Google Sheets, relevant data is sent to the provider or endpoint you selected.
